About the role
Outsourcea is looking for a reliable and confident Collections Agent to manage overdue accounts, arrange payments, and maintain accurate collection records.
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls.
- Contact customers regarding overdue balances.
- Discuss payment options and arrange payment plans.
- Follow up on payment commitments.
- Document call outcomes and update customer records.
- Resolve account concerns professionally.
- Meet collection and productivity targets.
What we are looking for
- Collections, customer service, sales, or call centre experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and meet targets.
- Willing to work assigned shifts.
